I come with my family for the fourth time to the sanatorium "Shakhter".I express my gratitude to the management and staff of the sanatorium. This year, special thanks for the children's leisure. The food is excellent, which is only getting better from year to year! I want to mention the work of Inna, the maid of the fifth building (Lermontovsky), just well done!!! And Natalia, Pavel, Ekaterina helped a lot with documents when leaving.

We have been resting with elastic in the sanatorium for the fifth year. Always in the middle of June. Like: 1. Nutrition. Delicious, right, healthy, a lot. There are its own pastries and excellent cottage cheese. I would like some freshly brewed tea. Coffee and cocoa are great. 2. Treatment. Thanks to the therapist Khachaturova Tatiana Nikolaevna, urologist Evgeny Georgievich, Jeanne with mud, girls in the baths, massage therapists Danila and Anastas. I specially go to Shakhter for the sake of underwater pulling. A magic device. 3. Charging and exercise therapy. Many thanks to the coaches Nadezhda and Dina Ivanovna for their attitude, for professionalism, for the right approach, for individual work and advice. For the sake of their classes and underwater pulling, we mainly choose the Shakhter. It's a pity that such a short charge, and only half an hour is allocated for physical therapy. I would like to double it. I got exercises on my own in the morning and after lunch. Coaches say - regulations. They are not allowed anymore. A huge request to the management to add at least 15 minutes to each lesson. 3. Reception. Many thanks to Marina and Alexander for the desire to help, for adequacy, for patience and professionalism. Don't like: Our 202 room in the Central Building was cleaned quite formally. There was a clump of hair stuck to the toilet door at the entrance. Until the maid's attention was paid, it was not cleaned. Towels and bed linen, however, are changed regularly, probably even often. Turning to housemasters brings unexpected results. There are good specialists who do it quickly and efficiently, and some applications have not been fulfilled, perhaps the service simply lacks competence. Good staff is leaving. Someone to retire, someone to other sanatoriums. In principle, this is a normal process, but some key characters had to be kept. I am very sorry that the magnificent chiropractor Zhurenko Vladimir Ivanovich has left. It's really not enough. The replacement is inadequate. We will definitely come here more than once, we hope that the management will listen to our comments.

We rested and were treated in the sanatorium "Shakhter" for the first time. I liked everything very much, both treatment and rest. Many, sincere thanks to the administrator Natalia Shevchenko, and to the girls and boys of the reception. Checked in quickly, great room. Immaculate cleanliness is maintained at all times. We have already had a rest in Shakhtar 4 times. I would like to express special gratitude to the physical therapy instructors Dina Ivanovna and Nadezhda for their high professionalism and attentive attitude. We went to exercise and physical therapy every day - instructors give very useful exercises. After these classes you feel cheerful for the whole day.

I want to share my impressions about the Shakhter sanatorium .There are 3 days left to rest , and I don 't want to leave at all . For the first time I 'm resting in a sanatorium , I went without much desire , but I had to be healthy .So that 's it !!! I got a lot of pleasure , and most importantly , the treatment that really helps .I have a filling of the yolk bladder , where in 14 days I can be said to have returned to normal life .And my therapist Kiria L.A. advised me to visit a psychotherapist, because all diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are from the head.I doubted for a long time , but I came to the reception and did not regret it . This is a miracle doctor who really skillfully treats all diseases . Thank you Larisa Vyacheslavovna for your help , you are a doctor from God .You not only invest your skills in a person , but also your soul . I will never forget your help .You cured me !!! ))And in general , all the medical staff here are friendly , polite . I will definitely come to Shakhtar again if possible .

I rested for the first time in the sanatorium in June 2019, I really liked the nature and the device of the resort area of the city. The spring is just a five-minute walk from the sanatorium and the resort park, which is very convenient. A great place for total relaxation of the soul and body. I liked the procedures, the buffet also pleased me — there was a lot of food, you can diversify the menu on a sparing diet, the guys in the restaurant are very friendly and responsive. It is a pity that in the sanatorium, the main focus of which is the therapy and prevention of gastrointestinal diseases, there are no gastroenterologists, the reception is conducted by practicing therapists. I express my special gratitude to the psychotherapist Medyukha Larisa Vyacheslavovna. Larisa Vyacheslavovna helped to deal with many things — issues of psychosomatic illness and life aspects. I regularly attended sessions with a doctor every day, thanks to which my emotional state improved, confidence and calmness appeared, vitality increased. Thank you very much!
