I am very happy with the rest in the sanatorium "Shakhter"! I would especially like to mention such most useful procedures as physical therapy and aqua aerobics.During my treatment, I tried not to miss them. I believe that they are one of the most important in the treatment of many diseases. I was very lucky with the instructor Dina Ivanovna! Her love for her profession, knowledge and experience can hardly be overestimated. After the first lesson, I had pain in my leg muscles. In the future, I noticed other positive changes. A very high culture of communication with vacationers distinguishes this modest woman. Not a single class was held "for show". All classes were conducted at a high level and with a great desire to help us, vacationers. I wish there were more such employees in the sanatorium! Many thanks to her for everything!

I had a rest, underwent treatment in the sanatorium "Shakhter" in the spring of 2019. Wonderful rest, polite staff, excellent varied dietary nutrition, professional medical care, a huge variety of effective procedures using mineral water, mud!! I would especially note the work of nurses, massage therapists. Thank you very much for the responsible attitude to your work, the sensitive attitude to the patients of the masseur S.A. Ramazanov. We had a rest in February 2019, we liked everything very much, the sanatorium is located in a clean resort area, near a spring with water and a resort park. The rooms are cleaned every day, a towel was given out both for procedures and for the pool, which is very convenient. The treatment included many procedures, we had a wonderful doctor- Khachaturova T.N. A very competent and attentive specialist. The restaurant was well fed. There were a lot of vegetables, both fresh and steamed. Meat lamb, duck, rabbit. Pineapples, kiwis. So you could choose what to eat. Very attentive waitress Indira. So we are happy with the rest.

I liked everything I recommend everyone to visit Shakhter at least once. Excellent sanatorium! We had a rest in early December with the whole family, so the children and grandparents and my husband and I found entertainment, the cult organizer is trying hard. The food is simply royal! Time flew by unnoticed in this wonderful place, we enjoyed the rest and treatment! We had a rest in the sanatorium "Shakhter" with my husband during the January holidays of 2019. The territory of the sanatorium is well-groomed, lots of greenery and flowers. For leisure there is a tennis court, a volleyball court, playgrounds. People from different countries have a rest in the sanatorium, they are very friendly and responsive. This is extremely pleasant and allows you to expand friendly contacts! The drinking spring with mineral water "Essentuki 4", "Essentuki New" is a 5-minute walk away.

We are very satisfied with the rest in the sanatorium. The rooms are large, bright, comfortable, Cleaning every day. The buffet food is excellent. The choice is huge. We went to the nursery with joy. The pool and gym were pleased with the cleanliness. We will definitely choose the Amaks hotel chain

We have been using the services of the sanatorium annually since 2000. The medical part has always been and remains at a highly professional level today. Many thanks to our attending physician Khachaturova Tatiana Nikolaevna. This is a unique doctor who, with his advice and recommendations, helps to cure any ailment. I would like to note the work of the bathroom department, all the staff of which is very responsible and professional about their work, special thanks to Katya, Yulia, Rosa Vasilyevna, Taisiya Petrovna, Elena Nikolaevna, Yana. The work of the canteen in the sanatorium is perfectly organized. The set of dishes and their quality fully meet our dietary requirements. Thank you for the highly professional work of the Deputy Director of Nutrition Elena Mikhailovna, experienced diet sister Svetlana Nikolaevna, polite and attentive waitresses Azniv, Naru, Indira and others. I would also like to thank the sales department, whose employees politely, clearly and quickly work with clients, as well as the managers at the reception. Rested and treated from January 4 to January 19 , 2019 .

We rested in the sanatorium from 15.12.18 to 24.12.18. We were delighted. We will come here again, and maybe more than once. Everything: service, food, service at the level of foreign hotels.
