Booked a single room for Mom. Already at the registration stage, she was satisfied. We called on the phone and she told us that professional doctors work here (after their conclusion, she continues treatment at home), that she is satisfied with the abundance and service of the restaurant, a spacious pool with hydro massage and the cleanliness of the room. I express my gratitude to all the staff of the hotel for the fact that mom returned happy (this happens extremely rarely)!

I want to express my great gratitude to swimming instructor Alyona, for individual training and learning the basics. It is wonderful that you have such professional and friendly specialists working for you. In one training session, thanks to Alyona, I got and mastered the skills of breaststroke swimming. The result exceeded all expectations and I began to get real pleasure from swimming. Also a huge thank you to all the staff of your excellent pool.

I, Savin Sergey Viktorovich, would like to sincerely express my recognition and gratitude to the entire team of animators for a wonderful, kind, truly sensitive attitude towards children. During the vacation, my son had a birthday and I asked the animators to just congratulate the boy, say a few kind words to him and that's it. How surprised my wife and I were by the congratulations that the guys made in the form of a small but very funny performance. Once again I want to thank the guys, wish them great human happiness, health and always a positive mood.

I am grateful to the entire staff of the sanatorium for rest and treatment. I especially want to note the work of the administrator at the reception, Natalia Shevchenko, competent in all matters, attentive and friendly to vacationers.

The sanatorium Shakhter received us very well. We had a comfortable room with a balcony. The buffet was varied. Everything was delicious. I was pleased with the pool. Very clean and pleasant water in it. Treatment: I enjoyed the infrared camera, I am very happy with the massage and mud. Many thanks to the medical staff! Thanks to Manager Daniel for his help with the issue of vouchers. Also, we would like to express our gratitude to Natalia Shevchenko, a nice administrator in the first building, for her qualified work. All our requests were fulfilled quickly. And the luggage was delivered to our room, and we were woken up before the weekend excursions and before the plane., satisfied with the advice about the city. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We are already going to see you again. We want to try, now winter vacation.

I also express my gratitude to the placement service for the prompt solution of emerging problems. A big human thank you to all the staff of the sanatorium "Shakhter", where my wife and I have been resting for more than a year.

I rested and was treated in your sanatorium for 10 days. I was satisfied with the quality of treatment and rest. The sanatorium has a wonderful swimming pool. Good nutrition. Friendly staff. I want to thank Administrator Natalia Shevchenko for my good mood and help in all matters. Indeed, even in the regions, the service can be at a high level.

We would like to express our gratitude to the staff, namely Natalia and Daria for their attentiveness, friendliness, sensitive attitude to their work, timely preparation of the necessary documents.

I express my gratitude to the service staff of the 3rd floor of the 2nd building (European) of the sanatorium "Shakhter" - the maids of the floor: Anya, Raya and Natasha for their attentive attitude to the problems of vacationers on the floor. There is a constant cleaning in my room, as well as in the corridors and hall of the floor.
