Hydrogen bath

Hydrogen baths are a modern procedure based on the effects of molecular hydrogen on the body through the skin and respiratory tract. Hydrogen penetrates into tissues, acts as a powerful antioxidant and triggers natural regeneration processes.

During the procedure, the patient is immersed in a bath of hydrogen-saturated water. Molecular hydrogen neutralizes harmful free radicals, reduces oxidative stress, improves blood microcirculation and promotes capillary expansion. This helps strengthen the vascular wall and improve oxygen delivery to the tissues.

The duration of the procedure is 15-20 minutes. The course of treatment is from 8 to 12 baths.

Indications for use

Hydrogen baths are recommended for diseases of the musculoskeletal system (osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis), skin diseases (psoriasis, eczema), metabolic disorders and diabetes mellitus. The procedure is also indicated for metabolic syndrome, obesity, during rehabilitation after viral infections (including COVID-19), as well as to improve skin condition, increase its firmness and elasticity.

Contraindications

The procedure is contraindicated in acute inflammatory and infectious diseases, exacerbation of chronic diseases, oncological diseases, pregnancy, severe disorders of the cardiovascular system, as well as individual intolerance to the components.
