Cryosauna

Cryosauna is an installation with cooled nitrogen, which affects the human body for a short time. It refers to a therapeutic and cosmetological procedure aimed at the general strengthening of human health.

During the procedure, the temperature in the cabin reaches -140 °C and stays at this level for 3 minutes. The full course consists of 15-20 procedures in sessions every other day with a gradual increase in the duration of the procedure. In response to exposure to cold, the body accumulates all protective organisms, which helps restore balance, activate the immune system, stimulate metabolism, and help speed up postoperative processes. Cryotherapy activates the production of collagen, which restores the elasticity of the skin, as well as exposure to nitrogen improves mental state and helps fight depression.

Before applying cryotherapy, it is recommended to visit a general practitioner, pass the necessary tests. If the physical condition corresponds to the norm, the medical specialist will allow the procedures, prescribe their number and duration.
