Inhalation - inhalation of vapors, gases, medicinal substances for therapeutic purposes. In resort practice, inhalations with iodine-bromide, sulfide, alkaline, medicinal inhalations with bronchodilators and expectorants are widely used.

Various inhalers are used to spray aerosols: compressor, pneumatic, ultrasonic, steam and heat-humid, nebulizers.

Hydroaeroionization with mineral waters moisturizes the mucous membrane of the nose, pharynx, larynx, promotes the dilution of mucus, irritating numerous receptors embedded in the mucous membranes, has a neuroreflective effect. Inhalations with mineral water, herbal infusions, medicinal inhalations with bronchodilators, proteolytic enzymes are more often used.
