Rested and treated in June 2017. Everything was great. The sanatorium is located in a very good location, all in greenery. There is a place to walk and relax in the shade. All pump rooms are within walking distance. All the staff is polite and responsive. Treatment and rest took place in a pleasant atmosphere. It was felt that everything was set up for a comfortable stay of patients in this sanatorium. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is varied and delicious, respect to the chef. Procedures beneficial to health were taken with great pleasure. Many thanks to the attending physician, a specialist of the highest category - Rudobelets Svetlana Alekseevna. After undergoing the procedures prescribed by Svetlana Alekseevna, I began to feel better, there was a desire to live up to 100 years (previously I thought only to reach 99). Many thanks to all the medical staff who participated in the improvement of our organisms working in the treatment rooms. The girls at the reception are well done, it feels like a good school. Courteous and polite. I advise my employees at work, family and friends to rest and be treated only in this sanatorium. We will definitely come for health improvement only to this sanatorium.

We are having a rest with the whole family in the sanatorium for the second year in a row. There is a good therapeutic effect from the procedures received last year. I would like to express my great gratitude to my attending physician, Rudobelets Svetlana Alekseevna, a very attentive energetic doctor, always listens attentively to complaints and weighs all possible risks and benefits of procedures, advises and can reasonably dissuade from some, depending on the state of health. She will always accept and answer all the questions of vacationers, both during working hours and during her lunch break, will not leave vacationers with their doubts one-on-one, will always prompt and help. She also did a UZDG study for me, it's very convenient, they examined me and immediately prescribed procedures. Not all clinics have such equipment and specialists. We rest 3 times in the sanatorium. Accommodation, treatment, the attitude of the medical staff is beyond praise! Dentist - Candidate of Sciences, professional! Specially at home I postponed a visit to the dentist, knowing that I would come to Shakhter again. Food... There were no complaints in May and September. On ng holidays there is no diet food. The profile of the sanatorium is gastrointestinal tract and diabetes mellitus, please return the buckwheat! )

We were treated and rested in the sanatorium "Shakhter" with a friend from 17.06.2016. to 01.07.2016. I liked everything: a large park, beautiful buildings of the sanatorium buildings, delicious and healthy food, friendly and caring staff, excellent treatment. We had a rest in the sanatorium in late May-early June 2016. The choice was made based on guest reviews and did not regret it. Very convenient location of the sanatorium (5 minutes to the spring), a beautiful park area, a large number of recreation areas on the territory. There was a child with us (11 years old). The company was quickly organized, because there are conditions for recreation with children (bicycle rental, table tennis, lawn tennis, chess, evening movie shows, English lessons, swimming pool). All services are free, except bicycles. Do not be afraid to go with the children, they have something to do. And the choice of procedures for children is sufficient. The treatment is standard, but there are also innovations (carboxytherapy, ozone therapy, etc.). All the staff of the medical building are very attentive, polite. During the procedures, the reception is timed, there is no need to sit in queues (which my colleagues were scaring me about). It is better to issue a sanatorium card in advance so as not to waste time and immediately get an appointment. Unlike other sanatoriums in Shakhtar, guests receive treatments on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, the day of arrival is not necessarily tied to Monday. When checking in, there is one nuance that is not indicated anywhere. Only the "European" building has an elevator. Therefore, if there are difficulties with walking up the stairs, then you need to book accommodation in it in advance. Regarding nutrition, I will write one thing - we went to improve our health and lose weight. The first one turned out, but the second one is a problem. Thanks to the chefs! In general, our family vacation in this sanatorium was on a positive wave. Thanks to all the staff and administration for the attention to the guests and the range of wellness services provided. We will definitely come back in a year.

We have been vacationing with our spouse since 04/28/2016. It was the first time in Essentuki and Shakhtar. I liked almost everything. We were quickly decorated, we really liked the room in the "European" building, very clean, a beautiful bed, clean, white bed linen. Thanks to the maid Svetlana, she is trying very hard. Many thanks to the staff of the physiotherapy department, they tried to fulfill all the doctor's appointments, friendly, polite. Food, but everything is wonderful here, delicious, satisfying, a large selection of dishes, although we ate in the 2nd shift and it was a little untidy after the 1st shift.
