We came to the sanatorium "Shakhter" for the second time, because I liked it a year ago. We had a rest in early October. And again I liked everything: clean, bright, cozy rooms, excellent food. We ate in the second shift, met a friendly, smiling diet sister, everything is clean around, compared to the previous year. There are changes for the better in everything. I want to express my gratitude to those people who treated me: Akimova Marina Georgievna, a masseur from God, just put her on her feet. Phys. office: Natalia Ivanovna, a very competent, responsive specialist. THANK them very much. In phys . and thanks a lot to everyone else, too. There is a great desire to come to you this year, in any case, if it turns out, we will come only to YOU!

We went for a week from 04 to 11 November 2017, took the Spa-relax program, I will say right away that I really liked it. We lived in the main building, standard room, we had everything we needed in our room: a refrigerator, a TV, we ate in the second shift, i.e. our breakfast did not start from 8, but from 9 in the morning, respectively lunch from 14 and dinner from 19. I read negative reviews about the kitchen (stuck dumplings, a small selection and etc.) I want to say right away that you will not find a fried buffet in the dining room. Boiled, stewed, baked please, the sanatorium has a therapeutic profile, this is not Turkey, but the variety of dishes, drinks, pastries is very impressive and you will not stay hungry. Every day there is something new, very tasty, and for a week we are not tired of the cuisine offered. Our neighbors rested for 21 days, they already ate with difficulty, what they liked and admired before, now everything was digested with difficulty. In my opinion, it's not the kitchen that has become a bad cook, but every person who has been vacationing for a long time begins to be capricious and picky in which place or hotel he would not rest, that's how a person is arranged. In the first half of the day we ran for procedures, of course we had to sit in line. Unfortunately, we lost 2 days of procedures, which was very disappointing, in my opinion, the organization system for people who come for a short time is not very well thought out, some procedures can be prescribed by honey.sister, and the most "interesting" are only the doctor and to get to him...... It's a pity, the land is extraordinary, the air is wonderful, the weather is gorgeous, and you sit under the door and wait for you to be accepted, this of course outrages, you lose so much precious time. At the sanatorium, you can buy excursions, which we enjoyed with great pleasure, a wonderful guide, had a wonderful rest. The excursions are all thought out, they start after all the procedures, very convenient. The pool is nice, big, we swam with pleasure, ordered a cedar barrel, also liked it. In the evening, concerts were arranged (for a fee), there is also something for the kids (cartoons, a playroom), who is interested, please specify, we do not have small children and the information is superficial, but many vacationers come with children. We returned home very happy and remember our vacation with great love, I really want to come back, I advise all my friends.

We went for a family vacation to the Shakhter sanatorium in the summer. My husband just has stomach problems all the time and I'm not doing great either. And as they say:- all health problems start with the stomach. Therefore, we decided to choose the Shakhter sanatorium. The sanatorium is located in the city center near the drinking springs "Essentuki 4" and "Essentuki 17".In the sanatorium there is a children's playroom where our son went to play with pleasure. High-quality treatment is selected for each client. Courteous and friendly staff, Clean, beautiful rooms. Properly selected nutrition by a nutritionist, wellness procedures made our family healthy and happy.

My name is Olga. Just returned from Essentuki. We rested in the Shakhter sanatorium. We had a great rest and were treated. We love Shakhteral waters, we have been to many sanatoriums. Shakhter is definitely one of the best. Everything was fine: treatment, food, accommodation, weather, attitude of the staff. The doctor, Tatiana Nikolaevna, treated us like a real attending physician, attentive and caring. It's just great. And the fact that everything in different recreation buildings did not spoil. When we left, we were asked what comments there would be. We didn't find anything to say except thanks, there were no, even minor flaws. This is the first time we have been to Shakhtar, and certainly, if there is an opportunity, it will not be the last.

We were treated and rested in this wonderful sanatorium almost the whole of July.It is known that CMS is the pearl of the Russian wellness holiday, we started in Pyatigorsk, but stopped at Essentuki with a wonderful climate and priceless life-giving mineral water. We have been at Shakhtar for about 10 years, all the staff has become almost family. The rest was slightly spoiled in 2016 in connection with the change of leadership, but now, with the arrival of the new General Director, Artem A. Nazarov, significant positive changes are visible in all areas: in the organization of treatment, nutrition, the work of the accommodation service and maids. A lot of work has begun on the improvement of the territory, the current repair of the infrastructure of the sanatorium. Good luck to you friends in this difficult work! We express our gratitude to the wonderful doctor of the highest category Khachaturova Tatiana Nikolaevna, with whom we have been observed all these years, dietitian Svetlana Nikolaevna, senior waiters Azniv and Svetlana, nurses Irina Viktorovna (physiotherapy), Ekaterina (baths), Elena Nikolaevna (showers), Tatiana (inhalations), Jeanne (mud), Rosa Vasilyevna (baths) and especially to the masseur Maslov Sergey Yuryevich! Alas, you can't list them all... Thanks to you, friends, we felt at home in the sanatorium, in an atmosphere of kindness and comfort! Keep it up ! We recommend everyone to visit this wonderful medical institution!

Rested and treated in June 2017. Everything was great. The sanatorium is located in a very good location, all in greenery. There is a place to walk and relax in the shade. All pump rooms are within walking distance. All the staff is polite and responsive. Treatment and rest took place in a pleasant atmosphere. It was felt that everything was set up for a comfortable stay of patients in this sanatorium. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is varied and delicious, respect to the chef. Procedures beneficial to health were taken with great pleasure. Many thanks to the attending physician, a specialist of the highest category - Rudobelets Svetlana Alekseevna. After undergoing the procedures prescribed by Svetlana Alekseevna, I began to feel better, there was a desire to live up to 100 years (previously I thought only to reach 99). Many thanks to all the medical staff who participated in the improvement of our organisms working in the treatment rooms. The girls at the reception are well done, it feels like a good school. Courteous and polite. I advise my employees at work, family and friends to rest and be treated only in this sanatorium. We will definitely come for health improvement only to this sanatorium.

We are having a rest with the whole family in the sanatorium for the second year in a row. There is a good therapeutic effect from the procedures received last year. I would like to express my great gratitude to my attending physician, Rudobelets Svetlana Alekseevna, a very attentive energetic doctor, always listens attentively to complaints and weighs all possible risks and benefits of procedures, advises and can reasonably dissuade from some, depending on the state of health. She will always accept and answer all the questions of vacationers, both during working hours and during her lunch break, will not leave vacationers with their doubts one-on-one, will always prompt and help. She also did a UZDG study for me, it's very convenient, they examined me and immediately prescribed procedures. Not all clinics have such equipment and specialists. Doctors and nurses in the sanatorium, with whom I had to communicate, are attentive and friendly. Excellent experts in their field !

We are resting in the sanatorium for the first time and I would like to express my gratitude to all the medical staff of the sanatorium.
