Essentuki is a wonderful KMV resort town, one of the best medical cities in Russia. The air and nature are great. For the sixth year we have been resting in the sanatorium "Shakhter". The sanatorium changes from year to year. We always book a room in the central building. Its renovation has been completed this year. I was pleasantly surprised by the transformation of the entrance hall. Preserving the historical appearance of the building as much as possible during the reconstruction, elements of modern reception design were introduced. The room is very cozy with a wonderful renovation. There is everything you need. We would like to express our gratitude to the entire staff of the sanatorium for their clear, professional work, despite a very busy work schedule. Everyone, starting with the guards, is friendly and does everything to make the rest comfortable. Thank you for the services provided: treatment, accommodation, meals. Many thanks to the responsive and highly qualified team. It is very convenient that all the data about the examination, the prescribed procedures are entered into the computer, which significantly reduces the time of the initial admission. In the age of information technology and the sanatorium keeps up with the times. Now the phone has access to all scheduled procedures by time, you can find out the schedule of events for the day. It is good that there is a service "early check-in and late check-out". At the reception, they quickly draw up all the documents, they always help with advice. It's nice to see familiar faces of medical workers when we arrive. Victoria, who is always friendly and friendly, works professionally at the department of water procedures in the underwater massage room number 116 a. With a smile on her face, Maria Alexandrovna meets vacationers and clearly distributes them to water procedures. I would like to note the well-coordinated work at the mud therapy department in room 122 of Zhanna Mikhailovna and Valentina, who not only professionally and accurately perform procedures, but also joke, cheer up, although they walk more than one km from cabin to cabin during the whole day, performing mud procedures. Irina and Svetlana work in another shift, they are always attentive to vacationers. The sanatorium employs an experienced chiropractor Sergey Evgenievich, whose work is distinguished by professionalism and a thoughtful approach to treatment. Thanks to the aqua aerobics coach, a real enthusiast of his craft! We would like to express special gratitude to Svetoana Nikolaevna, a dietitian, she is very attentive and responsive. He always greets vacationers with a smile and wishes them a good day. All employees of the restaurant are friendly and courteous. It is convenient that the meals are organized in three shifts. Junior service personnel cannot be ignored either. Room cleaning and frequent linen change, coolers on the floors - everything is at the highest level. All anti-covid measures are clearly carried out. 15 days flew by unnoticed. Today we go home and leave in a good mood, we were treated and had a great rest! We had a rest in the sanatorium in September 2021..This is our 3rd visit to this sanatorium.We were very satisfied with the rest and recovery.Thanks to the administration for the repair in the Central Building.The standard room on the second floor is excellent (new furniture, modern TV, excellent bathroom, new beds, new bed linen).The room was cleaned and towels were replaced regularly. I would like to express my gratitude to the medical staff therapists Kiria Lala Alexandrovna (we consider her to be our home doctor, she already knows and remembers everything about us over the years), Sakhno Elena Grigorievna, masseur Akinina Marina Georgievna for her golden pens, ultrasound doctor Turkmenova Inna Khalilovna, she not only does ultrasound of organs, but also analyzes the dynamics of the condition organs compared to past studies.I would like to turn to the chief physician with a request, take care of your specialists..Separately, I would like to mention specialists in electrical procedures.Very professional, attentive, stress-resistant.Such a large number of people go through them and pay due attention to everyone.I would like to say a huge thank you for the catering and cooking, Bravo chefs and confectioners, can't compare with last year, but in 2019 it was even better than this year.Guys and girls , the waiters are great this year .
