We had a rest from February 15 to February 26, 2026. Everything was great. They settled ahead of time. They explained how to get to the room and the conditions of accommodation and treatment. We rented a suite in the General Makarov building. The room had everything: a coffee machine, a kettle, sugar, tea, coffee. The cleaning was carried out every day with a change of towels very carefully, for which many thanks to the maids. The medical procedures were carried out very competently and responsibly, for which I would like to thank the medical staff. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied, there are always several types of sweets, many different fruits, drinks, first and second courses. We overeated, to be honest, for which we are very grateful to the kitchen staff and the administration of the sanatorium. Special thanks to the reception staff, all issues were resolved competently and promptly. In short, we are thrilled, we want to come back again as soon as possible!

We had a rest with my wife from March 30 to April 14. I really liked it. Convenient location of the sanatorium. The buildings of the restaurant and the Central Building attract with their architecture, the well-groomed, green and flowery territory of the sanatorium is suitable for walks. The delicious, plentiful and varied menu of the restaurant deserves special praise. Attentive and caring staff is focused on meeting the needs of vacationers. A varied and interesting cultural program and excellent spa treatment. Special thanks to therapist Pirnozarova Malokhat Kushnaevna for her high professionalism and attentive attitude to patients. Among the wishes, I would like to see floor scales not only in the Central Building, but also in the European one.

The food is very diverse, for every taste. The restaurant is large and beautiful. All necessary procedures are included in the price of the spa rate. Cleanliness, comfort, and order in rooms, buildings, and the surrounding area. The most delicious and varied food is a buffet. An extensive medical base for completing a full course of wellness treatment. We were at the sanatorium with our daughter and grandson, a preschooler, and everyone was absolutely delighted! A wonderful cultural program - concerts, watching movies, as well as activities for children and adults - participated in master classes and games. The possibility of excursion service is provided ... Huge words of gratitude to the administration of the sanatorium for organizing a great holiday! We recommend it!!!

He had a rest at the Shakhter sanatorium in Yessentuki from 02/01/2026 to 02/15/2026. He lived in the building "European". Everything is clean and tidy in the building. The room has clothes dryers, a safe, a refrigerator, very good beds and bed linen, only the kettle was missing. Room cleaning, linen and towels were changed regularly. I was satisfied with the room. The territory of the sanatorium, despite the construction work, was maintained in perfect condition every day. Catering at the height! The food is very diverse, for every taste (fish, meat, chicken, dried fruits, honey, pastries, fruits, etc.), everything is delicious at home. According to the meal time, everything is organized very conveniently. You definitely won't stay hungry. A variety of entertainment programs are organized for vacationers. The medical base is decent, there are many medical procedures. The entire staff of the sanatorium is friendly, polite and attentive. All the issues that arose during the stay and treatment were resolved quickly. Many thanks to the management of the sanatorium in the person of Darya Dmitrievna Bashkova, the attending physician Kiria Lali Alexandrovna, the restaurant manager Alina Yurievna Khlebnikova, the restaurant employee Liana Egizarova, and all the staff for everything they do for people. We have been vacationing in the sanatorium since 2017. In 10 years, the sanatorium has transformed before our eyes. The Central Building was renovated, the restaurant expanded, and the quality of service improved. For the fifth year in a row, we are celebrating the New Year together with Shakhter.
