I had a rest in April 2025. I really like the sanatorium, I am vacationing in it for the 2nd time. It is very well located, in a resort area, not far from everything- a railway station, a pump room with water, a mud clinic. And the most important thing that I like there is the friendly, conscientious staff of the sanatorium. The security staff is very friendly, regardless of the time of day. They will deliver your things to your room quickly and kindly. During the stay, there were more questions and requests for them , always very attentive . I would like to mention a few people from this service - Artem Pashin and Sergey Tolchennikov. The Reception and Accommodation Service is excellent. As soon as you start communicating by phone with the Service managers about booking a trip or with the Accommodation Service managers, they WILL ALWAYS explain, help you solve any problem and ALWAYS kindly and respectfully. The Shakhter Sanatorium has a wonderful restaurant. The food is a buffet, very varied, delicious and fresh. But there would not be such a wonderful restaurant if it did not have such friendly, responsive staff. Olga Vladimirovna Potaseva, the restaurant's always polite Hostess, greets you at the entrance to the restaurant. The waiters of the restaurant serve the guests in the hall and are very attentive to their requests. I would like to single out a few people who are trying very hard to do their job. Waiters: Tamara Afanasenkova, Mikhail Vlasov, Tatiana Vidovskaya, Ekaterina Malakhova. The administrator is Nadezhda Christianova. But of course, what I really liked was the organization of the medical building and the team of PROFESSIONAL doctors working in it. I was treated by a sooo competent, experienced therapist, Olga Vladimirovna Kolesova. She studied the medical history very carefully and prescribed the procedures correctly regarding the diseases. She monitored the results of the treatment and adjusted the procedures as needed . I am very pleased with the result of the treatment. I really liked the Inhalation room of the medical building. Specifically, there were 2 employees who quickly , kindly, and competently served the guests of the sanatorium. It's Honey. Excellent sanatorium. Taking care of the campers comes first. You can come to support your health, or you can just come to relax. Buffet, entertainment for both children and adults. Swimming pool. Cozy rooms and caring attitude towards vacationers. Very convenient location, everything is within walking distance. I recommend it!!!

A good sanatorium. Excellent food, courteous staff, convenient reminder system for procedures. A wide range of wellness treatments. This is the first time we have been to the sanatorium, there is nothing to compare it with, but we really liked everything. I recommend.

The buffet. Great selection!!! There is food for vegans. It feels like you're in a palace. There are a lot of different activities for children and adults. And a lot of procedures. There is a swimming pool. There are also concerts and workshops in the evening.

It is not the first year that we have been relaxing during the New Year holidays. Sanatoi likes its location, there are two beautiful parks nearby. The sanatorium has excellent food, top-level service, clean, cozy rooms. Great animation for both kids and adults. The territory of the sanatorium, although not large, is very well maintained and cozy. I recommend.

A good sanatorium, quick registration. He was in the Central building from 14 to 28.12.24.The building and the territory are clean. The staff is friendly. The food is a buffet, the menu is varied, there are fruits and biscuits, various juices, decoctions, coffee. I recommend this sanatorium for a good rest and treatment.

We rested at the Shakhter sanatorium from September 9-23. Excellent sanatorium, I really liked everything! Polite, friendly staff. Varied and high-quality Buffet meals. The room is clean, modern, cleaned every day.It is convenient that excursions can be purchased directly at the sanatorium. We were completely delighted. We will definitely come again.

Now we are resting in this wonderful place. But about everything in order. The check-in was very fast, the administrators were very qualified, explained everything, gave out the keys. The choice for this sanatorium fell out due to the fact that you can move in with pets. We stopped by with a Bengal cat. There is a VET passport, all vaccinations. We had a Pet in the room sign on the door. This is for the maids, when they cleaned the room, the door was closed so that the cat would not run away. Cleaning is carried out daily, linen is changed every 4 days. Everything in the medical building is also very disciplined. The therapist will describe the procedures, print them out on paper and they all appear in a special application. The application is very informative and always at hand! All procedures are strictly timed, there are practically no queues. There is a buffet in the restaurant. Everything is delicious and varied. For every taste and diet. There are a lot of master classes in the sanatorium. I enjoyed going to paint. You can go learn to dance, do crafts or play sports. There is a small gym, a swimming pool, a sports ground. There is table tennis, badminton. There is a lot of animation for children. The sanatorium has a very large landscaped, green area. There are enough benches, swings, gazebos throughout the territory. Very cool! Let's come here again! I recommend.

A wonderful sanatorium. The price corresponds to the quality. The rooms are renovated, the room has everything: a modern large TV, a tea station, a coffee machine, a safe, and even shoppers provided.. The territory is small but very well maintained, lots of greenery, a playground, a gorgeous indoor pool. There are 4 residential buildings, one can accommodate animals. Meals are served in the restaurant (2 floors, several halls), according to the "buffet" system, a lot of everything and for every taste, fruits - every day for breakfast, lunch, dinner; drinks are varied: from rosehip broth and oatmeal broth to wine (+tea, coffee, jelly, compote). The food is balanced and delicious at the same time. The wellness is excellent: the procedures are varied, the staff is sincere. Everyone is trying very hard to make vacationers feel comfortable. There are a lot of activities every day (master classes in painting, dancing, concerts in the evening with the participation of artists). We highly recommend it...
