The pool is available to vacationers at any time of the year. Daily access to the aqua zone from 08:00 to 21:00 (sanitary break 07:30 — 08:00 and 13:00 — 14:00) is included in the ticket price of any program.
2. Is there a discount for regular guests?

3. What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check—out time: check—in time at the sanatorium is 12:00 local time (the first service is lunch), check—out time is until 10:00 on the next day of the end of the tour period local time (the last service is breakfast on the day of the end of the tour period).
4. Is it possible to check in earlier, — "we arrive at 06:00 in the morning"?
It is possible, we have a service in the sanatorium — early check-in / late check-out.
These services are provided additionally if possible. Payment is made at the reception desk.
5. What is the distance to the pump room?
The way to the pump room with mineral water "Yessentuki — 4" and "Yessentuki — Novaya" takes about 4-7 minutes on foot, located at a distance of 650 meters from our sanatorium.
The way to the pump room with the spring "Yessentuki No. 17" in the Resort Park takes about 10-15 minutes on foot, located at a distance of 1 km from the sanatorium "Shakhter".
6. What are the promotions or special offers?

7. Do I need to make an advance payment?
For a guaranteed booking, you must make an advance payment of 30% of the cost of your trip, within 10 working days from the date of booking.
In some cases, when booking a trip for a special offer or a special offer, a 100% prepayment is required within 10 days from the moment of invoicing, in order to save the cost and so that guests can take advantage of the most advantageous offer.
8. What is the nutrition in your sanatorium?
Meals are served three times a day according to the Buffet system, organized in the building of the Pecherin Restaurant, located next to the central building. You will find a wide selection of dishes of Russian, Caucasian and European cuisine, a variety of hot and cold drinks, a high culture of service and a balanced menu.
The sanatorium offers a dietary nutrition system tailored to human illness. There is an opportunity to choose your own dietary dishes at the Buffet, and dishes are offered according to 4 types of diets. More details can be found here.
9. Is there an Internet connection in the sanatorium?
Yes, Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the resort.
10. Is there parking on the territory of the sanatorium?
Yes, on the territory of the Shakhter sanatorium, a guarded paid parking is provided for vacationers who arrived by car.
