I had a rest in the sanatorium for the first time at the end of September, and in general I really liked it, everything was decent and at the level, I honestly expected the worst. Beautiful territory, very good food (there is always plenty to choose from), entertainment, friendly nurses at the treatment center and very good attentive doctors (treatment is really on the level, it's worth it!), even live music once a week during dinner on the weekend was very unexpected and pleasant, thank you all very much! Of course, there are also shortcomings: it was not possible to avoid queues for mud procedures (the girl works alone and runs like a squirrel in a wheel, very polite and friendly - thank her very much, but physically apparently does not have time to control at the right time or not people come, they have to sit in a live queue), they talk about ozone therapy (procedures are paid) you can also sit in line for up to 2 hours. You can mostly get to the doctor quickly, but you will have to wait a little. All other procedures were on time, everything was clear and without overlaps, and in general I was pleased that they gave out a printout with appointments: everything is scheduled by day, what you need to take with you for the procedure - everything is indicated, very convenient! I did not like the fact that there are no hair dryers in the bath department, and there is no transition between the residential complex and the medical one, although literally walking for one minute is unpleasant, but I also saw cold vacationers for this reason. There is also one hair dryer in the pool and it is very uncomfortable in the lobby, is it really impossible to hang at least one hair dryer at the mirror in the locker room so that people don't get sick? Well, we were not pleased with the queue in the dining room as soon as it opens, I don't like to stand like that, and I always came 10-15 minutes after opening - freely and conveniently, but then there is a chance that the most delicious has already been disassembled and replaced with another dish (a couple of times I didn't have time for a cottage cheese casserole in the morning, I saw a baked pumpkin only on other people's plates, etc.). They would replace the dishes with the same ones that ended - there would be no problems. But we must pay tribute - as soon as something ends, they change almost instantly, you don't have to wait, and there is always something to eat, the choice was always good. If you close your eyes to these shortcomings (and we are going to the resort for treatment and rest, and not to look for flaws), then the rest turned out to be just fine, I will definitely come back again! The work of the digestive system has improved, it works like clockwork, which I am very pleased with. Thank you to all the employees very much!!!
