I express my gratitude to the service staff of the 3rd floor of the 2nd building (European) of the sanatorium "Shahter" - the maids of the floor: Anya, Raya and Natasha for their attentive attitude to the problems of vacationers on the floor. There is a constant cleaning in my room, as well as in the corridors and hall of the floor.

I come with my family for the fourth time to the sanatorium "Shahter".I express my gratitude to the management and staff of the sanatorium. This year, special thanks for the children's leisure. The food is excellent, which is only getting better from year to year! I want to mention the work of Inna, the maid of the fifth building (Lermontovsky), just well done!!! And Natalia, Pavel, Ekaterina helped a lot with documents when leaving.
