My husband and I have repeatedly vacationed in Yessentuki and have chosen the Shakhter sanatorium for treatment and recreation, and this is the fourth time we have been visiting it with great pleasure. The fourth building, General Makarov's Dacha, was chosen for recreation, where Natella Kara, a very friendly, sincere and generally wonderful person, works. Throughout our vacation, we felt her care, warmth and attention. She is a true keeper of the hearth. We would like to sincerely thank the medical staff, who very sincerely, patiently, conscientiously and wholeheartedly participated in our recovery. Special thanks and a low bow to the attending physician Kiria L.A. for her professionalism, friendly and attentive attitude, her smile and gentle hands. We would like to express our special gratitude to all the restaurant staff, starting with Svetlana Maltseva, who greeted us every time with her impeccable smile and warm attitude, which increased our appetite. Many thanks to the director of the restaurant, Alina Yurievna, and her team for the delicious, varied, balanced food and organization of work. We ate a lot of vegetables, fruits and berries! We are grateful to the reception staff, who quickly, respectfully and kindly accommodated us in the desired room. We had a vacation in June with my daughter!!!! Perfectly!!! We are pleased that we did not make a mistake in choosing a sanatorium!!! There are a lot of good treatments- magnet, laser, baths, etc. The buffet is rich, suitable for all tastes. Everything is well maintained, both inside and out. A large multi-storey building is being built, there will be a passage to the swimming pool. But I liked our central one. If I come, I'll settle here.

I'll start with the main thing: the kitchen. Despite the fact that the food was dietary and therapeutic, the food was so fragrant and incredibly delicious that every meal felt like a small celebration. It was an exquisite pleasure without harm to the figure. I can't single out any one dish - absolutely everything was delicious! Special thanks to the waiters: they worked like bees, the tables were always clean, not a single dirty plate. The second opening is the animation team (Alyona and Dasha). There were so many activities that you never had to be bored for a minute! They don't just do morning exercises, but charge you with mood and positivity for the whole day????. Games, workshops, evening concerts, karaoke, volleyball, yoga, breathing exercises — everything is at the highest level. I would like to say a special thanks to the Caucasian dance coach. I went for the first time in my life, and it was incredibly beautiful and exciting! The coach (Nikita) is a kind, open-minded person who removes all shyness and doubts as a matter of course. After the master class, I had a great desire to continue dancing. The rest was a 100% success. Many thanks to the whole team for the smiles, care and warm atmosphere. I will definitely be back! ????

Many positive reviews have been written about the sanatorium, treatment, maintenance, nutrition, and leisure activities, and this is true. We also enjoyed everything very much, thanks to the management of the sanatorium, the maintenance and medical staff.. Special thanks to the attending physician, Malokhat Kushnaevna Pirnazarova, for her high professionalism, caring and attentive attitude towards vacationers. Malokhat Kushnaevna has selected an effective wellness complex aimed at achieving the best health recovery results. Regardless of time, the doctor will definitely accept, listen carefully and, if necessary, make appropriate adjustments. We had a rest at the sanatorium with my daughter of 5 years. I liked everything, the place is wonderful. The staff is friendly, I especially liked the work of the children's club, there is an opportunity to leave the child under the supervision of a tutor. The child was busy taking master classes, designing, drawing. I liked the work of the teachers Alexandra Vladislavovna and Irina Viktorovna! Thank you for your kindness, patience and the ability to find contact with children and they want to come back again! Everything went great. We are going to come next year. Everything is set up for comfortable accommodation, treatment, rest! Goodwill is everywhere and in everything! It is difficult to single out anyone from the team, but nevertheless, we would like to sincerely thank the attending physician Lali Alexandrovna. Lali Alexandrovna is a very attentive doctor, treats the patient with concern and a desire to help. We are very pleased with the competent appointments and a convenient schedule of procedures. It is also very pleasant to meet friendly Svetlana at the entrance to the restaurant. Her wishes for a good day and a pleasant appetite are not pronounced in a formulaic way, but as if just for you. And the food here is very tasty and varied. Fruits, pastries to choose from and always in sufficient quantity. Thank you to the chief physician for such an organization of work in the sanatorium, where it is always clean and friendly everywhere! I want to come here again and again, which we hope to fulfill. Friends, People! I'm not lying. The Shakhter sanatorium is a great place. This is my first time in a sanatorium. For some reason, he has 3 stars. I rested constantly only at 5 o'clock. Service, maintenance, staff - 10 points. Cook or cooks are just fire! Buffet - 12 points. And it turns out that the sanatorium also treats. Medical staff 10 points. The territory is not very large, but well maintained, I wrote about the people who create this atmosphere above. In short, I haven't been to the others, but I really want to come back here!

We had a rest with my wife at the sanatorium from April 28 to May 12, 2026. according to the wellness program (which does not require registration of a sanatorium card) in the building "European". The sanatorium is very conveniently located - the pump room is very close, the Victory City Park is even closer (just behind the railway), the train station is also nearby - we walked from the train to the sanatorium with suitcases on wheels. However, they called a Yandex taxi back (it arrived in a couple of minutes, and the fare to the train station, depending on the time of day, ranges from 80 to 250 rubles. Check-in time is 12 o'clock, and we arrived around 8 a.m., meaning we hadn't had breakfast yet. But we were immediately told that breakfast could be paid separately (700 rubles per person), which we did with pleasure, the cards were immediately flashed to us and we had a quiet breakfast in the restaurant. The food is beyond praise - delicious and varied, and on Thursdays there is live music and wine in the restaurant. During the holidays on May 1st and 9th, a barbecue and entertainment program was organized on the street. The building has a very high-quality renovation, linen was changed every fourth day, purifiers (coolers) with cold water and boiling water are working around the clock on the floors. The staff is friendly and helpful - we were not very satisfied with the booked room (it was cramped), but with the help of manager Alexander, we managed to quickly change it to a more comfortable one (with an additional fee, of course). The territory of the sanatorium is well maintained and regularly cleaned. High-level animation - a variety of entertainment and training sessions are offered daily, and concerts or a movie are shown in the evenings after dinner. Of the disadvantages, it can be noted that when you arrive at the sanatorium, in order to get to the reception with your things, you need to climb the external stairs up steep stairs, and then the internal ones. Then, however, it turned out that there was a ramp, but to use it, you need to bypass the Central building from the back, but there is no information about this anywhere, unlike the European building, where there is a diagram and an explanation at the main entrance that it is easy to get with things from the end of the building. Another perplexity was caused by the fact that the pool was under repair and was not working, but there was no information about it on the website, moreover, when a neighbor called the sanatorium and specifically asked, she was assured. that the pool is functioning! But my biggest disappointment was the visit to Assorov's urologist. Last year, I underwent an operation to remove my adenoma and made an appointment with him to get qualified advice on further prostate treatment and control. I showed him the discharge epicrisis, but I was immediately told that the adenoma could not be removed in principle (?!), no PSA control was needed (?!), the size of the prostate did not matter either (?!). And when I heard from him the phrase "How can I do everything I'm tired of this!", it became clear that further conversation did not make sense. But despite the shortcomings noted, we were very satisfied with our stay at the Shakhter sanatorium and we will be happy to try to get here again. By the way, after returning home, it turned out that both my wife and I had recovered!

We liked everything very much, I especially want to mention the therapist Malokhat Khushnaevno for the timely appointment of procedures, everything was very prompt and at a high level. I would also like to mention the masseuse Marina Georgievna and Marina Ivanovna, they are professionals in their field, thank them very much for this. It would be good if the management of the sanatorium noted them for their conscientious work. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, everything was very tasty and at the highest level.
