We are here for the second time because we like your reception, starting with the booking department, where very polite and attentive staff. Wonderful staff in the medical building. The compartment with baths and showers is just a rest. The organizers of our leisure are professionals. There is always a choice of what to see and where to go. I really liked the concert of students and teachers of the muses. schools. Wonderful! And what a miracle "Prince Vorontsov's Musical and Literary Drawing Room" is. I want such evenings to be arranged for sure! Many thanks to all the restaurant staff. And to all-to all employees. The sanatorium has a very beautiful territory!

Hello everyone! I had a rest in the sanatorium "Shakhter" in April. I was very pleased. Lived in the building "European" - new, beautiful renovation, new plumbing everywhere. All medical staff are friendly, friendly. I recommend it to everyone

I am 23 years old, came alone, lived in a single room in a European building. when I was driving, I was afraid that it would be boring, but there was always something to do. the room was clean, the procedures were pleasant, I didn't sit in queues because everything was on time. A very beautiful dining room, I liked the food for the first 2-3 days, but it is monotonous and the menu has hardly changed, the fruits are fresh and delicious. I really liked the pool and the reasonable price, I also went to water aerobics, conducted by a good instructor. There was a hairdryer in the room, which was very useful after the pool or some procedures. I also liked the excursions. It's a pity for squirrels, apparently they caught them in the park and put them in a cage. There are long queues in the dining room, until you get everything you want, it will take 10-15 minutes.Often the procedures were put on during breakfast or lunch, I had to choose either the food or the procedure. In general, I really liked it, a good modern sanatorium, beautiful buildings and the area of the sanatorium, good plumbing and furniture in the room, 15 channels on TV (but there is no time to watch it), various entertainment in the evening (concerts, movies). They pick up neighbors at the table by age, I liked to sit with them in the evening over a cup of tea discussing my impressions of the past day. I did not regret that I went to this city and this sanatorium. Thanks to all the staff, for my rest.

Thanks to the entire san team. Shakhter for the attentive attitude! My wife and I come for the 5th year in a row and always leave "refreshed". We really hope to come to you next year!

I had a rest in the sanatorium from 13.02. to 23.02.2015. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff, especially to the doctor Elena Grigorievna Samko.They just put me on my feet!

I had a rest in the sanatorium for the first time at the end of September, and in general I really liked it, everything was decent and at the level, I honestly expected the worst. Beautiful territory, very good food (there is always plenty to choose from), entertainment, friendly nurses at the treatment center and very good attentive doctors (treatment is really on the level, it's worth it!), even live music once a week during dinner on the weekend was very unexpected and pleasant, thank you all very much! Of course, there are also shortcomings: it was not possible to avoid queues for mud procedures (the girl works alone and runs like a squirrel in a wheel, very polite and friendly - thank her very much, but physically apparently does not have time to control at the right time or not people come, they have to sit in a live queue), they talk about ozone therapy (procedures are paid) you can also sit in line for up to 2 hours. You can mostly get to the doctor quickly, but you will have to wait a little. All other procedures were on time, everything was clear and without overlaps, and in general I was pleased that they gave out a printout with appointments: everything is scheduled by day, what you need to take with you for the procedure - everything is indicated, very convenient! I did not like the fact that there are no hair dryers in the bath department, and there is no transition between the residential complex and the medical one, although literally walking for one minute is unpleasant, but I also saw cold vacationers for this reason. There is also one hair dryer in the pool and it is very uncomfortable in the lobby, is it really impossible to hang at least one hair dryer at the mirror in the locker room so that people don't get sick? Well, we were not pleased with the queue in the dining room as soon as it opens, I don't like to stand like that, and I always came 10-15 minutes after opening - freely and conveniently, but then there is a chance that the most delicious has already been disassembled and replaced with another dish (a couple of times I didn't have time for a cottage cheese casserole in the morning, I saw a baked pumpkin only on other people's plates, etc.). They would replace the dishes with the same ones that ended - there would be no problems. But we must pay tribute - as soon as something ends, they change almost instantly, you don't have to wait, and there is always something to eat, the choice was always good. If you close your eyes to these shortcomings (and we are going to the resort for treatment and rest, and not to look for flaws), then the rest turned out to be just fine, I will definitely come back again! The work of the digestive system has improved, it works like clockwork, which I am very pleased with. Thank you to all the employees very much!!!

I had a rest in November at the Shakhter sanatorium .I really liked it there because the room was always very clean.I also liked the food and procedures.When I arrived at the sanatorium, I had a cold allergy , and now I breathe through my nose in any weather.A nice pool, as well as a lot of beautiful greenery.I want to thank the doctors who treated me throughout my vacation
