I had a rest in November at the Shakhter sanatorium .I really liked it there because the room was always very clean.I also liked the food and procedures.When I arrived at the sanatorium, I had a cold allergy , and now I breathe through my nose in any weather.A nice pool, as well as a lot of beautiful greenery.I want to thank the doctors who treated me throughout my vacation

I was in Shakhtar in September. In general, I liked everything - the food, the treatment, and the condition of the room. The staff is polite and helpful. I was pleased that the "European" building was repaired and introduced and now the territory of the sanatorium looks good. I also liked the new pool. But since people have been added, it would be necessary to increase the medical and other parts. That's a little strained queues in the dining room. I propose to replace bicycles for rent, at least with inexpensive STERNs. Good luck to you!

We had a rest on July 19-29, 2014. From the very first day they wanted to come to this sanatorium again. This desire remained after two weeks of treatment. Powerful diagnostic base, effective comprehensive treatment, varied and delicious dietary nutrition. But the main thing is the staff! His professionalism and intelligence are simply amazing: they explain patiently and clearly, are helpful, attentive. Even the guards. All questions and misunderstandings are resolved instantly. We are especially grateful to our attending physician Litvinova Marina Alekseevna, endoscopist Tatiana Vasilyevna Romanchikova and nurse Victoria Alexandrovna Kozmanova (underwater shower massage). I was pleasantly surprised that the procedures are released even on Saturday and Sunday, and the pool is open daily until 18:00. They are not greedy for the number of procedures. We lived in building No. 4 (Makarov's Dacha): towels were changed every other day, bed linen - after 4-5 days. Everything is clean and new! The room is also always clean! Maybe this is not the cheapest sanatorium, but they earn money with a vengeance! We will definitely come here again.

Once my husband and I decided to get treated, BUT not only were treated, but also had a very wonderful rest.THE sanatorium "MINER" IS A MIRACLE OF MIRACLES... I arrived with gastritis (my stomach was very sore) and she left without even remembering for him, and her husband had sinusitis, they said they would punch in our clinic, but to this day they did not even go to laura, because she breathes in her chest...We just got to the time when the medical building started working and on Sundays!!! and we didn't miss a single day so as not to heal our body)))therapeutic baths and mud treatments are simply bliss!!! I want to thank all the staff who treated and cared for us, we felt like in paradise...

The sanatorium itself looks gorgeous, old-fashioned: columns, turrets, a lot of greenery on the territory, as with a mini-park, and what a great restaurant! The Swedish line, contrary to expectations, pleased with the variety. We lived in a standard room, we liked everything, everything was clean, renovated. I would especially like to mention the medical base. Attentive and polite doctors, professionals in their field. We plan to come again in the fall!

In general, a good impression was left about the sanatorium.Professional, friendly medical staff and staff, cleanliness in the rooms, good food. The most remarkable impression from the attending physician Grebenyuk R.P., masseur Kharitonova O.L., employees of the pool. BUT: there's just nothing to do in the evenings, the pool closes at 15 o'clock. There is no cardiologist in the sanatorium! In general, the price / quality corresponds.

I had a rest in August-September with my daughter at Shakhtar. The sanatorium itself is old, but we were lucky - we got into the new building "European", we were satisfied with the room: clean, cozy and bright. Cleaning was carried out daily (maid Natalia), linen was changed every 4-5 days. We liked the buffet meals. There was a good selection of dishes. The waitresses (Azniv, etc.) are friendly and efficient, made sure that everything was enough and neat. The treatment helped both me and my daughter, although to varying degrees. A good diagnosis of diseases is carried out here, and sound recommendations are given. The attending physician, Elena Grigorievna Samko, is very attentive, competent, correct; her attitude to patients is also a positive factor in the treatment process. I really liked the general massage (Tatiana, I don't know the last name, but she has been working at Shakhtar recently), baths (Katyusha Orlova, Svetlana Myatlikova) and a cascade shower (Elena Mukhina). doctor Romanchikova T.V. and nurse Melekhova S.V., who performed gastroscopy procedures, are very competent, pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of the nurses who carry out very delicate intestinal irrigation procedures, special thanks to them!! The territory of the sanatorium itself is small, but planted with numerous trees, so you can relax and enjoy the silence, which is very lacking in everyday life. Among the disadvantages: It would be possible to diversify a little: 1- the menu in the dining room and 2-cultural events in the evenings. Overall, the price/quality ratio did not disappoint.

I came to your sanatorium for the first time. From the very first day, I paid attention to the hospitality of all the staff, to a clear explanation of all further actions for the organization of treatment, nutrition and leisure activities. All the procedures were written correctly, competently and brought me tangible results (I fly away on wings). I was very pleased with the buffet: a large selection of very tasty prepared dishes (thanks to the chefs and the staff of the dining room!) I want to pay special attention to leisure activities. A wonderful organizer of events Bogoroditskaya Tatiana Yurievna – opened many sights for me and attracted me to participate in many events. It is thanks to such people that vacationers receive not only physical treatment, but also moral and spiritual, sometimes bringing tangible results and an excellent state of mind. Thank you all!!!
