I had a rest in April 2025. I really like the sanatorium, I am vacationing in it for the 2nd time. It is very well located, in a resort area, not far from everything- a railway station, a pump room with water, a mud clinic. And the most important thing that I like there is the friendly, conscientious staff of the sanatorium. The security staff is very friendly, regardless of the time of day. They will deliver your things to your room quickly and kindly. During the stay, there were more questions and requests for them , always very attentive . I would like to mention a few people from this service - Artem Pashin and Sergey Tolchennikov.
The Reception and Accommodation Service is excellent. As soon as you start communicating by phone with the Service managers about booking a trip or with the Accommodation Service managers, they WILL ALWAYS explain, help you solve any problem and ALWAYS kindly and respectfully.
The Shakhter Sanatorium has a wonderful restaurant. The food is a buffet, very varied, delicious and fresh. But there would not be such a wonderful restaurant if it did not have such friendly, responsive staff. Olga Vladimirovna Potaseva, the restaurant's always polite Hostess, greets you at the entrance to the restaurant. The waiters of the restaurant serve the guests in the hall and are very attentive to their requests. I would like to single out a few people who are trying very hard to do their job.

But of course, what I really liked was the organization of the medical building and the team of PROFESSIONAL doctors working in it. I was treated by a sooo competent, experienced therapist, Olga Vladimirovna Kolesova. She studied the medical history very carefully and prescribed the procedures correctly regarding the diseases. She monitored the results of the treatment and adjusted the procedures as needed . I am very pleased with the result of the treatment. I really liked the Inhalation room of the medical building. Specifically, there were 2 employees who quickly , kindly, and competently served the guests of the sanatorium. It's Honey.
